Delivery of Services

Since all of our services are web related, all products and services will be delivered to you electronically.

Banner Ads - You will be emailed the banner image(s) and are required to use your own photo hosting service to host these images.  Please allow 1-5 days for your banner to be completed.

Website Design and E-Commerce bundles - You will have access to view all work in progress and will be kept updated through email contact.  When your design is complete and approved, a backup of all files will be made and sent to you in a .zip file.  Design and E-Commerce services can take anywhere from a couple days to a couple weeks to complete based on the complexity of the project, and speed of communication.

Maintenance Services - Maintenance services are done on an as needed basis.  If you purchase hourly services we will discuss your needs and work will begin within 48 hours.  For monthly packages, each request will be worked on within 48 hours of making the request.  Amount of time used will be updated in your account after each work session.  If you need rush services, please let me know and we will see what we can work out. 

Special notice for Monthly Maintenance packages - each monthly package is good for 30 days or when the number of hours in your package runs out, whichever comes first.  If there is ever a time during that 30 day period where I am unavailable (due to vacation, sick child, etc) those days that I am unavailable will be added to your 30 days.   (i.e. if I take a 3 day vacation, your month is extended to 33 days).  Unused time at the end of the 30 days is non-transferrable and does not roll over.
