Q. What form of payments do you accept?

A. All of our payments are securely processed through PayPal, you can pay by funded PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and E-Check. (Please note that work will not begin until E-Check payment has cleared).

Q. I don't have a PayPal account, how can I pay?

A.  If you do not have a PayPal account you can still pay without creating one, when you get to the PayPal page during checkout, just click on the 'Pay without PayPal account' link on the left side.

Q. Can I mail my payment?

A.  I'm sorry but at this time we do not accept personal checks or money orders by mail.

Q. I bought a design or banner but have not heard from you yet, what should I do?

 A.  We try our best to contact you within 24 hours of purchase.  If you have not heard from us in this time frame please follow these steps:

     1.  Check the site's home page to see if there is an 'away' message.
     2.  Check your spam folder.
     3.  If there is no away message, and no message in your spam folder, please contact us.
